Great interview from the TVNZmedia7 programme (broadcast 30 April) which takes a look at the changes since the internet first came to New Zealand 20 years ago. Loved the quote attributed to Winston Peters who asked someone to print him off a copy of the internet so he could read it at home 🙂
Lots of other great insights into how the internet developed in NZ – with some interesting parallels being drawn with the current debates around the roll-out of fibre-based broadband.
